Our ancestor Manikkan came from suburb of Alwaye to Alathur, near Mala. His previous house name was Mothakkampully. He married from Thayyil Family and settled in a plot nearby Chakkamparambu ( Konanmukku ).
That plot was filled by 'Chetthi' and Chettiparambil House name originated from that.
